At Prehistoric Sips, every mug is handcrafted with care and made with love. Because our dinosaur mugs are currently made to order, please allow extra time for your mug to be created, checked, packed, and shipped safely.
Processing & Delivery Time
Our current estimated delivery time is:
2–4 weeks from the date of order
This is because each mug is handmade and orders are completed based on order priority. We always try our best to make and send your order as quickly as possible, but we also want to make sure every mug is finished properly and packed safely before it leaves us.
During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand launches, delivery may take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience and support for handmade products.
Made-to-Order Items
Please note that our mugs are not mass-produced. Each piece is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, small handmade variations may occur. These may include slight differences in shape, colour, texture, or finish. These little details are part of what makes each Prehistoric Sips mug special and unique.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details. If tracking is available for your order, this will also be included in the email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
