We want you to feel happy and confident when ordering from Prehistoric Sips. Because our mugs are handmade and made to order, please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns only if the item is returned in the same condition it arrived in, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The mug must be unused.
- The mug must be unopened.
- The mug must be in the same condition as when it arrived.
- The mug must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must contact us before sending the item back.

Made-to-Order Items
Because our mugs are handmade and made to order, we may not be able to accept returns for change of mind once production has started.
Each mug is created especially for your order, so please check all product details carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Prehistoric Sips cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns if:
- The mug has been used.
- The packaging has been opened.
- The mug is not in the same condition it arrived in.
- The item has been damaged after delivery.
- The return was sent without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully pack every mug to help it arrive safely. However, if your mug arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help you as quickly as possible.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
